Becky + David's Wedding, Chewton Glen

I've been so busy processing the huge amount of weddings recently, I haven't had time to blog - sorry! Anyway, better late than never, so I'll start off with a wedding I did a few weeks ago at the prestigious Chewton Glen.

Becky and David live in Surrey, but decided to get married down here as Becky's family are close.

It was a particularly special wedding for me as it was actually my first wedding anniversary that day (yes I checked with my husband before taking the booking and he said yes I could do the wedding as long as we could get away that evening for the weekend - which we did!)

The Chewton Glen is an amazing venue for a wedding and they couldn't have been more accomodating.

Becky started off the day getting ready in her hotel room, with her mum and good friend Lily (who also was doing Becky's hair as she's a hairdresser!)

Then the make up lady arrived - she was so lovely!

David was also getting ready at the hotel, in another room - this is him on the phone to his best man.

Gerald is one of David's good friends - he also happens to be Lily's boyfriend!

The great thing about having both Bride and Groom get ready at the same hotel, is I can switch back and forth between them!

Becky's mum Adrienne and her fiance Chris - both lovely people!

Becky's brother James - very smart!

Becky and her brother, just before he was about to give her away - a few nervous laughs here - or perhaps they just think I'm funny?!!

All rise please!

Love this look she gives Lily!

Yo yo's, now I haven't seen one of them in years!

The great thing about having a friend who's also a hairdresser, is she can sort your hair out before the group pics!

Apparently these were filled with cream - yum!

I love the way David's looking at Becky here.
